Hours

Scoop Doodie works Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Service days are pre-arranged and determined by customer location.

Holidays

Scoop Doodie observes the following holidays and will be closed for business: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year 's Eve. If your service day falls on one of the above holidays, your service will be rescheduled for another day within a week.

Company vacation

In addition to observed holidays, Scoop Doodie will be closed 2 weeks a year. A notice will be provided in your invoice two months prior.

Unforeseen emergency

In the event of an emergency that renders Scoop Doodie unable to service your yard, you will be serviced within 2 to 3 days. We will notify you if service will be delayed longer than 2 to 3 days.

Severe weather

In the event of service-limiting weather, service will not take place on your designated day. If we miss a day because of weather we will resume service as soon as possible, and contact you regarding your make-up day.

“Re-scoop doo” guarantee

We've worked hard to build a reputation of reliable, quality service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will come back to your home or business and re-scoop within 24 hours. You're a valued customer and we'll work with you to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.

Excessive ground cover

Scoop Doodie provides a “re-scoop doo” guarantee. However, if the serviced property is overgrown with grass, leaves, other ground cover or debris, Scoop Doodie reserves the right to void the guarantee.

Billing

Scoop Doodie bills monthly. Your invoice will be mailed on the last Friday of the month. Payment is due by the 15 th of each month. There is a $20 returned check fee, and a $10 late fee if payment is not post marked by the 15 th . We accept cash on site, check, or money order as forms of payment.

Change of service date

As our customer base grows we may need to change your service day. This will allow us to schedule our route more efficiently within the neighborhoods and areas we service. You will be notified if a change of service day is necessary.
